I am now dealing with X claiming PAS on my part as his goal is to get Primary Custody of our children he has now order that a child evaluation that was done in Oct be supplemented. He is asking that this evaluator make a final reccommendation regarding parent of primary residency, the parents ability to agree, communication and cooperation in matters relating to the childre, the parents willingness to accept custody, any history of unwillingness to allow parenting time based on substatiated abuse access block the interaction and realtionship of the children with the parents, stability of the home environment, geographical proximity of the parents homes, parents employment responsibilities, etc.
What is the best way to approach this. I was given a ,list of question to answer prior to my meeting this evaluator any suggestions. I have never done any of the things I have been accused of doing and I have hundreds of email that clearly show the blocking, abusive, uncooperative behaviour of the other parent. I like to prepare and wold appreciate pointers.. Thanks |

Please note that I moved from my previous residence to another town because of financial issues. I am now living with my parents. My children school is now in close proximity to my x and dr as well as pharmacies and extra curril activities are located near his town. I have to drive a distance because he court order that I do not remove the children from their current school. he claims my children are doing well in that school. However my kids would do well in any school. He owns his home I am living like I mentioned n my parents home. I am concern about the home inspection that they are going to be doing because my parents home only has three bedrooms. My son has his room and my daughter and I share a room. Will this be a bad situation for me. Again need advice

I don't think you will have a huge problem witht ehroom sharing. Many cultures share residences and embrace generations living together. If you present this as an opportunity rather than a problem, you should do fine.
