With or without an attorney, it is always in your best interest to educate and arm yourself with all of tools and information you can find. You owe it to your child to learn everything

This site has numerous articles based on years of high conflict custody experience. More articles are added regularly. If you are involved in a high conflict custody battle you may think that you are alone, but your aren’t.  There are tens of thousands just like you with more in common than you know. High conflict custody parents have terrible pain inflicted on them on a regular and seeming unending basis. But it can get better and you can make it get better by educating and arming yourself with great information, strategies, and tactics. The most important thing you need to take away is that time is your ally. These problems cannot be solved immediately or easily. But the longer a problem continues, the more evidence you collect and the better your chances of changing it.

The evaluation process can easily take a year or more to complete. It is invasive, time consuming and exhaustive. You need to be well prepared and educated going in because it will be awhile before you get to change the outcome. Remember, time is your ally.

Best Regards,

Ed
